Contact Us

The phone is answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Calling is the fastest route for anything urgent — a live fault cannot be triaged by email, and the dispatcher can tell you whether to switch a circuit off right now.

  • Free phone triage, no charge and no obligation
  • Licence number and trip fee disclosed before dispatch
  • 24/7 for genuine electrical emergencies
  • Written quotes only — flat price per task
  • Coverage enquiries welcome if your ZIP is missing

Call (619) 877-0478

Give the dispatcher your ZIP code, your street address and a description of the problem. The more specific you are, the faster the right contractor gets there. “The breaker trips when the dryer starts” routes better than “electrical issue”.

What to have ready

  • ZIP code and street address
  • Which breaker or circuit is affected, if you know
  • When the symptom happens — always, sometimes, only under load
  • What changed recently: new appliance, storm, renovation, water
  • Whether you own or rent the property
  • For installations: the model, the amperage and where it will be fitted

If it is an emergency

Burning smell, smoke, sparks, a hot panel or water contacting live wiring — switch the affected circuit off at the panel if you can reach it safely, then call. Do not touch a panel that is hot, smoking, sparking or wet, and never pull a meter.

Not urgent?

Planned work — a panel upgrade, an EV charger, a generator, a rewire — can be quoted from photos and a description. Take a picture of the panel with the cover closed and the circuit directory visible, plus the area where the new equipment will go.

Coverage questions

If your ZIP code does not appear on the site, use the nearest-area finder to see the closest covered ZIP codes, or call and give your address — boundary cases are common, and a ZIP being absent from a list does not always mean no contractor covers your street.

Corrections and editorial

Spotted an outdated price, a coverage gap or a page that will not load? Tell us on the call and note the URL — those reports are actioned, and the site rebuilds from a single coverage file, so fixes propagate everywhere.

Site enquiries by post

Nationwide Electrician Network is an online referral service and does not operate a walk-in office. Written correspondence about this website can be sent to support@nationwide-electrician.example. Electrical service enquiries are handled by phone so they can be triaged in real time.
